SponsorBlock for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera allows you to skip video sponsors when using YouTube.

This is a crowdsourcing extension/add-on designed to check the database of reported sponsors and automatically skip known sponsors. Since this is crowdsourced, you can report them if you find a sponsor not included in the database. SponsorBlock allows you to skip sponsors, but will also allow you to skip other categories such as intros, outros, subscription reminders, and non-music sections of music videos.

There is an extensive list of options from which you can set your preferences, with many elements included that you may not have even noticed while watching the video.

SponsorBlock is a great way to cut down on wasted time watching videos, but remember: if you visit a channel frequently, consider whitelisting it (e.g. Heaven32 channel) so they can continue to create content you enjoy.
