Most popular email clients provide many advanced features, but these features are usually only related to email. However, since processing e-mail is only one of many daily tasks, it makes sense to put them all in one application.

Twin bird So to speak, it is designed to help you kill two birds with one stone. It creates an inbox for your emails, notes, and to-do lists, all of which can be prioritized and assigned reminders. In addition, you can even assign specific tasks in your notes to team members, regardless of whether they own the app.

Emails, notes, to-dos and reminders in one package

Of course, unless you send and receive a lot of emails every day, this application will not be the best choice. It is designed to replace your current email client while providing some other features that you usually need other applications to use.

Twobird can manage multiple email accounts, but currently only supports Gmail. You can mark messages as low priority, pin them for easy access, and organize your inbox to get rid of inactive conversations.

Take notes and collaborate easily

As expected, you can use Markdown to format your notes and add elements such as tables and checklists. After you create a note, you can share it with others, even if they don’t have the app installed.

Each note consists of multiple text blocks, which can be moved around and assigned to specific people. If needed, you can even attach comments to the text block when you need clarification.

Cross-platform support

If it is not accessible from various devices, no email, note or task management application is complete. With Twobird, you can manage your account from a Mac, Windows PC, iOS or Android device, giving you enough flexibility.

Although it is still in the early stages of development, Twobird seems to be a good implementation of the t ask management method, combining emails, notes, to-dos, and reminders into one intuitive application. The UI is also very impressive, as long as you are a fan of simple layouts.
