In addition to the program toolbar that provides you with quick access to numerous functions, you can also use the right-click menu to create, edit or delete records with just a few mouse movements.

Build your “stack” and fill it with entries

First, you need to create a “stack”, which is basically a chapter or category of notes, and then you can start adding records by selecting the “New” option from the “Notes” panel’s context menu.

The bottom half lets you type a comment you want to save for later, allows you to insert a hyperlink, date or time stamp, or run a search based on just the words in the text. Each entry can be assigned a different label for easy identification. Additionally, Info-Base allows you to move records from one “stack” to another.
