- The hardcoded URL is now https instead of http. Feel safe.
- Tooltips in the preference pane are localized to Simplified Chinese.

TeX Live Utilities is a free and open source macOS graphical interface for TeX Live Manager, designed to provide a native macOS interface for the most commonly used functions of the TeX Live Manager command line tool.
The TeX Live Utility application is designed to help you easily set the paper size for all TeX programs you run on your Mac, as well as quickly remove and install packages.

Why use TeX Live Utility when you can use command line tlmgr or Perl/Tk GUI?
Because TeX Live Utility uses disaster recovery scripts to perform TeX Live infrastructure updates, this avoids the problem of tlmgr deleting itself when updating.
What’s more, if you’re happy with them, there’s no compelling reason to switch from the command line or the X11 GUI.
