As a designer, managing various graphic assets can be a pain when you have to create content for various projects and maybe even work with other team members. Your preferred graphic design application may already offer some of these features, but it’s not a given.

Everything you do in Iconset is fast. You can load SVG icons by dragging and dropping and then move them to the desktop or any other application in exactly the same way. Or, if you want, you can copy the icon or its code to the clipboard.

Files in your library can be organized into collections, which in turn can be grouped. Additionally, tags can be attached to each specific icon, which can then be used to filter items when you’re looking for specific content.

Create shareable icon sets and sync your library

The icon sets and groups I just mentioned can also be exported to a .put files, which can then be imported by other users to access all graphic assets you have designed or collected.

Your entire icon library is kept in a folder structure on your Mac, and you can move it to any other location. If you put it on the drive, its contents can be synced with any number of other devices and provide all your team members with instant access to all new projects.

Well-designed and completely free SVG icon manager

Iconset is a fairly simple app, but obviously a lot of thought went into making the whole experience as intuitive as possible. When you also consider that you can easily share and sync your icon library by leveraging cloud storage, you have a surprisingly versatile tool at your disposal.
