ProgDVB is a useful tool that allows you to watch SAT-TV and listen to digital radio channels directly from the satellite using DVB-PCI cards with on-board hardware decoders, a SAT dish and an x86-compatible personal computer.

This application has options for working with network broadcasting and audio or video stream recording in various digital media formats.
