GHC is an automatic timetable generator for schools, an efficient tool for complete management of school routes.
Aimed at all primary schools, secondary schools, baccalaureate, training cycles, universities and other educational offers. Its basic aim is to adapt the weekly school plans taking into account all the necessary conditions in each teaching centre.
The main characteristic that distinguishes GHC is the calculation engine, which automatically and satisfactorily solves any scheduling problem for teachers, classrooms, subjects, class sessions, etc. It not only finds a solution, if one exists, but optimizes it by trying to meet weighted conditions entered in the program.
From the planner, all the options we need to implement the timetable are configured: availability of teachers and their preferences, classrooms, characteristics of class sessions, student groups, etc.
The engine collects the data entered into the scheduler and automatically searches for all possible combinations that meet the strict conditions established. Once we’ve arrived at a solution, it’s optimized to adapt the schedule to your preferences and weights as entered.
Each solution generated by the engine can be viewed using the GHC editor. It offers different views of the timetable; of teachers, classrooms, groups, meetings, guards, etc. From the editor, you can also change each result via drag-and-drop operations, informing you if there are any conflicts. It allows you to export the schedule in different formats, such as PDF, HTM and Excel.
GHC is a desktop program for all versions of Windows starting with 7.
