EarthView is a dynamic desktop wallpaper and screen saver, showing beautiful views of the Earth with daylight and night shadows. It produces colorful, high-quality, high-resolution images for every screen resolution – even above 2560×1600! The program supports map and globe views, urban areas, city lights, atmospheric effects, clouds, local time display and much more. EarthView supports different maps that show our planet in different ways, such as photographically or artistically. Many options allow total customization of all display parameters. EarthView has won many awards for its absolutely stunning images.

EarthView supports four different beautiful maps of the Earth, starting with 10 km resolution, which means that at 100% zoom level, 1 pixel on the screen corresponds to 10 kilometers on the Earth. If you buy the full version, you get the option to download even more detailed versions of some maps, which have a higher resolution. This means they have a lot more detail, so you can zoom in even further.

The demo of EarthView comes with the first map – all others can be downloaded from the map page.
