RJ TextEd is a full-featured text and source editor with Unicode support. It is also a very powerful web development editor (PHP, ASP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS). Functionality extends beyond text files and includes support for CSS/HTML editing with integrated CSS/HTML preview, spell checking, auto-completion, HTML validation, templates and more. The program also has a file commander with two routes, as well as an (S)FTP client to upload your files. Below is a small list of available features. For a complete list, see the features section.

What is new

Open the command line interface

• Changed the command prompt menu item in the tools menu to open any command line shell you want.
• The command line shell can be set in the tools section in options.
• Three shells are available in the dropdown box. Windows Terminal, PowerShell and Command Prompt. Select “Other” if you want to specify something else as the command line interface.
• Also changed the caption in the tool menu.

Internal code changes

• Made some internal changes to prevent problems when switching highlights or converting text to code (HTML).

Fixed

• Convert to HTML issues.
• Edge browser problem when closing the application.
