– This new feature allows privileged users to assign queue counters. In this new function, get_max_qp_cnt_cur_cap() returns valid value when UID is UCTX_CAP_INTERNAL_DEVICE_RESOURCES, otherwise returns 0.

Bug fixes:

– Added new NVconfig parameter “MULTI_PCI_RESOURCE_SHARE” to support modes that allow selection of card resource utilization on each host in Socket-Direct / multi-host setups.
– Added “command not supported” response code when running MCTP control command “Get Supported Vendor Defined Messages” and there is no supported VDM.
– Added 50 Usec delay during PML1 exit to avoid any PCIe replay timer timeout.
– Fixed an issue that caused the destroy_match_definer object command to fail after being dumped with resource_dump.
– Fixed set_flow_table_entry failure when using aso_flow_meter operation.
– Enable multi-master RX rate limiter configuration via QEEC mlxreg and max_shaper_rate fields.
