Séance is a macOS app designed to help you operate Phantom high-speed cameras from your Mac. It supports a large number of devices and offers a lot of features to make your job more convenient, all from a minimalistic and intuitive user interface.

The app displays a live preview of your camera feed in the main window, and you can directly adjust your camera’s settings. Footage can be dropped into the attached CineMag or into the Download queue. The UI comes with a fairly classic layout that you’ll be familiar with if you use video editors.

Séance includes some extra convenience features, such as Black Balance Assist and the ability to copy and paste color settings. Black Balance Assist will let you know that a Black Balance is needed on your camera to ensure you always get the best imagery. Cutting and pasting color settings from one Cine to another makes it possible to have the same look in multiple shots.

Aside from cameras with CineMag, Séance version 3.0 now also includes support for the Phantom VEO and Miro line of cameras. Support for CineFlash and C-Fast is currently in the works, with full removable storage support coming soon.
