This archive contains the files required to install the Intel USB 3.0 driver. If installed, updates (overinstalls) may resolve problems, add new functionality, or extend existing functionality. Identify the version number:

– Click Start, then right-click the Computer button, and then click Properties.
– Click on the “Device Manager” option on the left.
– Select Universal Serial Bus Controller and double-click the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller device or Intel USB 3.0 Root Hub device.
– Click the Drivers tab and note the driver version.

uninstall:

– NOTE: This procedure assumes the above installation process was successful. This uninstall process is specific only to the version of the driver and installation files included in this package.
– Click the “Start” button and then click the “Control Panel” icon and then double-click “Programs and Features”, right-click “Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver” and select the “Uninstall” option
– Click Next to uninstall the driver.
– Click the “Finish” button to restart your computer.
