Getting started with PDFPrint-FM and key points of interest

PDFPrint-FM has a top bar on top of the main container. There are Play/Stop buttons (for stopping or starting predefined tasks), a Settings icon for entering the tool’s configuration panel, and Save, Download, and Search buttons (for searching, saving, and downloading files).

The main container, located at the top center of the application interface, displays Jobs; these are print tasks that you create, schedule, and can later edit. From here, you can select individual tasks or launch them in batches at once.

Start a new print job with custom output

For each new print instance, you can assign it to a different profile and handle what happens to the PDF file, folder and subfolder structure after the actual print tool is placed. Furthermore, in addition to the normal input selection, you can define error folders and use filters to organize and select PDF files for printing.

Additionally, in this window you can define how each print task interacts with other tasks, whether you want to delay the process or whether you want to allow the system to scan the directory for new files that need to be printed.
