The Watson-Scott Test is an indie gaming app that offers a unique horror experience and brings out your personality. It consists of 30 multiple choice questions that reveal your deepest fears and darkest secrets. Questions range from your belief in the supernatural to how you deal with danger. Your choice will affect the overall result of the quiz. The game creates a creepy and tense atmosphere, accompanied by immersive 3D spatial audio that will keep you on the edge of y our seat throughout. During the 20 minutes of play, users can take the test multiple times to unlock the game’s secrets.

The Watson-Scott test is great for creating tension and exploiting fear of the unknown. The deranged narrator and tense atmosphere of the game make you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. However, jump scares at the end of the game may not be as scary as expected and are largely dependent on sound. For some players, the “breaking the fourth wall” moments may seem cliché, and some of the issues may be controversial. Despite these shortcomings, the game is a unique concept with good tension and sound design, but requires further improvement to effectively balance its elements.
