FindFiles provides software developers with a command-line application that helps them find specific files within a set of folders.

Run the “Help” command and you will be able to see all available options and view examples of using the application. An extended help file with additional option definitions is also available.

The syntax is simple: FindFiles [Options] where a list of available options can be found in the extended help. You can enter a list of files to be checked, and an optional list of auxiliary files next to it.

A custom set of directories can be set as targets and a custom set of extensions can be configured for searching. The application can also be configured to display the full path of each found file. To narrow the search results, you can enter a strict list of file names.

If files are missing, a warning message is displayed, while if files are found, FindFiles can display a complete list of files found in the target path. In debug mode, the application will display all files, both found and missing.
