This is possible using the quality menu on the interface. Please note that this option does not necessarily improve the resolution of the original video.

Some videos are created in HD or Ultra HD resolution and are displayed in this mode by default. The standard quality is not bad. In fact, it’s better if you plan to transfer it to your phone or tablet. Lower quality takes up less RAM and storage space.
