Understanding Mueller's Lies About Michael Flynn

I would like help the average person understand how blatant and dishonest the Mueller team was in the laying of charges against Michael Flynn for lying to FBI agents about what he said to the Russian ambassador during a telephone conversation, which was likely intercepted by the CIA.

Understanding Mueller's Lies About Michael Flynn 2

Michael Flynn did nothing in this conversation and the notes from FBI agents Strzok and Pientka, which Sidney Powell finally released to the public after more than two years of prosecutors hiding evidence on his behalf, do not support the finding of the offense.

I suspect that most of you who read this have never read the ticket. I'll let you read for yourself the most remarkable portions:

Yes. On or about December 28, 2016, the Russian Ambassador contacted FLYNN.

C. Around December 29, 2016, FLYNN called a senior official from the Presidential Transition Team ("PTT official"), who was with other senior members of the Presidential Transition Team at the Mar-a complex. -Lake in Palm Beach, Florida to discuss what, if any, to communicate to the Russian ambassador about US sanctions. In this call, FLYNN and the head of the PTT discussed US sanctions. The United States, including the potential impact of these sanctions on the foreign administration's foreign policy objectives. The PIT official and FLYNN also discussed the fact that members of the Mar-a-Lago transitional presidential team did not want Russia to make the situation worse.

re. Immediately after his phone call with the PIT official, FLYNN called the Russian ambassador and asked Russia not to make the situation worse and to respond only to US sanctions on a reciprocal basis.

me. Shortly after his phone call with the Russian ambassador, FLYNN met with the head of the PTT to report on the merits of his call with the Russian ambassador, including his discussion on US sanctions. United States

I got it?

Michael Flynn He acted professionally and followed protocol. The Russian ambassador called him. General Flynn called K.M. McFarlane, who was in Mar a Lago with the Trump transition team, and asked for advice on whether or not to answer and, if he was going to answer, what to say.

Michael Flynn's communication with Ambassador Kislyak was appropriate and wise: he asked the Russian Ambassador not to worsen the situation and to respond only to US sanctions on a reciprocal basis.

Please tell me what's wrong, sorry or stupid about it? NOTHING. Michael Flynn could have told the Russian that Obama was a jerk and could have promised: "We will remove these sanctions the first day". He didn't either. Mike Flynn behaved discreetly and professionally.

But there is other important news in this finding of offense. Someone from the Obama administration INTERCEPTS Mike Flynn's phone call to the Presidential Transition Team (also known as the PTT). Who did that? The NSA? The CIA? The FBI? This question needs to be answered as there was no legal basis to intercept this conversation.

As I pointed out in my previous article (see here), that was the conversation Jim Comey and Andrew McCabe wanted to use as a pretext and predicate to keep Michael Flynn's investigation open.

This is what Agents Strzok and Pientka wrote in one of their first 302 projects (i.e. the FBI file of their interview with Michael Flynn). Note: the original draft is still missing. The FBI is incompetent or hiding it.

According to agents Strzok and Pientka, Michael Flynn said: "I don't remember".

At no point did the officers give him the opportunity to review the transcript, which they had in their warm little hands.

And Peter Strzok, in a later interview with FBI agents working for the Department of Justice's Inspector General, said on July 19, 2017:

The FBI agents who interviewed Strzok clearly state:"Strzok and Pientka felt at the time that Flynn was not lying or did not think he was lying."

The record is very clear and you should now be able to understand why Michael Flynn's lawyer was so outraged and why the Justice Department dismisses the charges against Michael Flynn.

Robert Mueller and his attorneys lied. Michael Flynn didn't do it. It’s so easy.
