HS Time Clock is a tiny tool designed for companies that are looking for a way to monitor the working hours of their employees. The app works as a cloud service that enables the in and out clocking from any computer in the local network.

The data is stored in a dedicated timecard that can be afterward printed based on the department and employee ID. According to the developer, the data is stored on Henry’s Software servers so you can access it regardless of your geographic location.

It goes without saying that managing the timecard data can be exported to various formats (CSV, PDF or Excel for instance) for bookkeeping purposes. However, only the administrator of the local network can add, edit and delete employees and the data via the dedicated options (Manage Employees window, Employees Table or Employees Time Table).

Before you can get started, you must make sure that you have the latest version of .NET Core installed on your system. The next step entails filling in some basic information about the company, such as the name, address, phone, email and providing an Administrator Password. It is important to note that the same information needs to be filled in for each computer in the local network.
