mail merge
The app comes with a built-in mail merge feature. Create your chart, insert a merge field, and connect the chart to the contacts database. You can match any field you have in your database and display it in a chart. When the fields match, you can choose to either keep copies of your diagram (drawing) for each value in your database, or send emails directly to all recipients.

Presentations
My Draw makes it easy to give presentations by switching to presentation mode. In presentation mode, you will see your drawing in full screen mode. During a presentation, you can move between the different pages of your drawing, navigate through the bookmarks on a selected page, or control the zoom level.
