The application has a very clean and intuitive user interface, with the main window showing any previously built form, which allows you to edit or start a new one.
At the same time, you can add “Company Information”, including a custom logo that will be integrated into all invoices you issue.
Create and customize purchase invoices effortlessly
Before anything else, the program requires you to enter your “Company Information,” such as name, email address, logo, phone number, currency, invoice title, and several other pieces of information, which you can save and which will be used automatically each time.

To create an invoice, you can press the corresponding button in the main window and start filling in the details of the purchase, specifically the “Customer Details”, (“Organization”, “Main Contact”), “Address” (primary and secondary ), “Billing Date” and “Due Date” and their number.
Accordingly, you can enter the name “Task” or “Product” for which you bill your customer, adding the quantity and price, and then select the appropriate tax type. The total is generated automatically, and you can optionally apply a discount.
The “Terms and Conditions” as well as the “Notes” sections can be filled in manually or by pasting the text from the clipboard. Finally, you can preview the generated PDF and then choose between “Save and Send” (via email) or simply “Save”. However, no print function is available.
