Flutter is a small app that, when installed, gives you the option to partially control music playback on your computer by simply holding your hand in front of your webcam.

The program is compatible with iTunes, Spotify, Winamp, and Windows Media Player, so it works fine with all today’s well-known players. It also works primarily with music, but can also be used with Windows Media Player to pause the video.

Unfortunately, this version of the program is still in development and the only commands currently recognized are pause and play. This means that you can’t currently turn the volume up or down (which is very useful).

Once the program runs, it hides in the taskbar without annoyance, and you can turn off your webcam with a single click of the icon.

Flutter is a very interesting complement to users of any of the above four programs. This allows you to pause the music much faster than clicking … this is already complicated.
