Windows Mail and Calendar is the official Microsoft application for viewing email and calendars on Windows operating systems. Thanks to this native app, I use it on a daily basis for two very important features: being able to sync multiple email and calendar accounts in the same app.

The email section lets you sync virtually any email service, including platforms like Hotmail, Live, Gmail, Outlook, Exchange, Office 365, Yahoo!, and a long list of others. Adding an email account also adds and syncs all calendar items.

The calendar has all events available for the current month. You can choose to view by month, group by 1 to 6 days, or by hour for each day. The latter allows a detailed visualization of the events that occur every hour. When adding a new event, you can specify the time, location, and advance payment to be notified in the form of notifications.
