DroidCam Client is used to turn Android devices and tablets into webcams and as a PC client to connect the computer to Android devices. Download and install the DroidCam client

1. First, install the DroidCam Wireless Webcam application on your Android device and download a Linux or Windows client on your PC
2. Download the client by choosing one of two options; Install for Windows only or install for both Windows and Apple iOS.
3. Connect the devices using Wi-Fi or USB cables and you can choose the sync option to use the program for video or audio only.

USB connection for Android

Connecting your cell phone to your PC or laptop with the USB cable is easy, and you can just plug it in by following the steps;

1. Open the phone’s Settings> Developer Option> Enable USB Debugging.
2. A dialog box appears asking “Allow USB Debugging” and click the “OK” button.
3. Activate the ‘developer option’.
4. Open the phone settings, go to the “About phone” opti on and click “Build number” 7 times.
5. Launch DroidCam on the phone and DroidCam Client on the PC while making sure the phone is connected to the PC or laptop.
6. Click the USB option and the Devices with Port Information drop down option will appear on the screen.
7. Tap the “Start” button and the tool will begin to automatically detect your phone and connect.
