EU is wrong not to classify Covid-19 as "high risk"

The Confederation of European Trade Unions (ETUC) asks the European Commission to reconsider its proposal not to place Covid-19 in the group of biological agents most at risk, which could possibly weaken the protection of workers' health , the organization said in a statement. Commission experts and Member States will decide on the category on Thursday. ETUC Deputy Secretary General Per Hilmersson said that the committee's proposal was "difficult to understand".
