Italy said on Saturday that it will open its borders to foreigners from June 3 and remove a 14-day quarantine period for new arrivals to save tourists' income. "We are facing a calculated risk knowing that the contagion curve could increase further," Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said on television. Greece has also opened borders to tourists. Germany plans a normal cross-border trip to the EU from mid-June.
