Czech TV has appointed Russian diplomat Andrei Konchakov, head of the Russian Science and Culture Center in Prague, a spy who smuggled ricin poison into the country in an attempt to poison three very local Czech politicians criticism of Russia. Konchakov and the Russian Embassy denied it. Russia has been the victim of "false and unfounded" allegations, he said. He brought sweets and disinfectant, not ricin, said Konchakov.
