Command & Conquer Red Alert – PC game review
1/3
Command & Conquer Red Alert was a good fun game, originally available only for Windows, which now belongs to the category of PC games with the Strategy subgenre (more precisely, real-time strategy). It is available to all users with the current operating system Windows 95 and earlier. This version of Command & Conquer includes the very popular Command & Conquer series developed by Cryptic Studios and released in 1994. It features brand new characters, different battle maps and different game modes (vipers, sectors, etc.). . ).
I believe this was the very first real-time strategy game to feature online multiplayer. In this competitive multiplayer mode, you could choose your army from one of three different factions – US, CIS or USSR armies. You can also play against other players from anywhere in the world either in a vs. vs. Capture the Flag scenario. There is also a co-op mode where you can work together as a group to destroy the enemy base. The game is mainly focused on realism and therefore is not recommended for those with vision and hearing problems.
If you like PC games based on history and real military campaigns, you will love playing Command & Conquer Red Alert. The game is primarily set in the 1950s, when the Berlin Airlift was used to transport troops and supplies to Berlin from the US. However, this is not the only mission in the game. The player has to complete many missions and move up the career ladder in the game. The game is well modeled after the times when the Cold War was at its height. Therefore, if you want to experience an almost realistic military simulation, then Command & Conquer Red Alert can be a good choice.
