Once you download the app, log in with your identification type and number, along with your secure password. If you do not have a secure password, access the “Register in the app” option and follow the steps.

Here you can:

• Check products, enroll and pay for services and obligations, transfer funds between accounts within the Aval Group and to other banks, top up your cellphone, download statements and certificates, manage the security of your cards, and activate your token.
• Change your secure password and learn some security recommendations.
• View detailed balances of your BdB products and Aval Group entities.
• Check your statements and certificates with delivery to your preferred email address.
• Control the security of your products: temporarily block your Debit Card in case of loss or theft.
• Invest or withdraw from fiduciary assignments.
• Cash advances on BdB credit cards without a password.
• Top up cellphones without registering the cellphone number.
• Pay public and private utilities, Aval credit cards, credit cards from other banks, and Aval loans.
• Transfer funds without registration to BdB accounts or registered Aval accounts or accounts from other banks.
• Register obligations from other banks for payment.
• Register accounts for transfers.
• Use your credit limit.

Important:

In order to complete the “Register in the app” process, it is important that you have updated information. If you do not receive the code to complete this process, you must update your information at one of our Branch Offices.
