From the beginning, the app provides a calculator UI with number buttons, memory and clipboard options. One thing that sets it apart from regular calculator apps is its memory capabilities, and this is where it gets interesting. CalcTape has different ways to store every calculation you make, which is why it’s called a calculator with tape.
In the home screen, right above the calculator buttons, you have the K1, K2, ABC, and keyboard buttons. There is a difference between them because of the different positions of the customizable buttons. In the K1 screen, the buttons are on the right, while the K2 screen is on the left.
Customizable buttons include predefined system actions such as redo, undo, exponential calculation, division, percentage or multiplication, or user-defined functions and layouts. These include different tax calculations and editable new layouts.

An interesting aspect of CalcTape’s functionality is importing. You can import different math exercises, operations or complete math problems via the clipboard and let the app find the solution.
Access the Settings window and adjust computing settings, limit keyboard size and fonts, change its layout, and modify default theme appearance and behavior.
