The CellProfiler application is designed to help biologists process large collections of images to measure phenotypes.This CellProfiler analyst The companion app allows them to analyze derived data and learn more about subtle or complex phenotypes.

Immediately, CellProfiler Analyst will prompt you to specify the location of the properties file, which contains all the detailed information about the image and object table to be analyzed.
