Use a desktop utility like Spotlight to access everything you need, whether on your computer or on various possible-based services

Our daily workflow has become dependent on various cloud services, whether we use them to store files or other information. Unlike locally available content, it can be difficult to bring these items together for quick search and access.

Support a large number of popular online services

Before you can take advantage of command E, you need to spend a few minutes connecting to all the accounts you wish to integrate. There are too many of them to list them all, so just check this list to see if the one you are interested in is supported.

Each of these cloud services will be available as a separate tab in the main UI, and you can run a global search or select specific services to get more accurate results. Of course, the application can also search for local files, and you can specify which directories should be included.

One hotkey to everything you need

After setting, press ⌘E Bring up the search box. This key combination and all other hot keys can be changed. Then, enter the name of the file, project, or operation you need to perform, and the app will search all available locations for relevant results.

You can open files or files stored in the cloud on your Mac, go to the correct email or calendar entry, join a Zoom meeting, etc., all of which can be done through a search box on the desktop.

The design of Command E takes into account the keyboard operation, which makes navigation more efficient. There are hot keys for common operations, and the controls are very intuitive.

Chrome extension for tags, bookmarks and history search
