Instructions for use:

• Download and save the file where you can find it ie Downloads.
• Reboot in safe mode. Start, turn off, and hold down the F8 key when the computer starts to boot. Select safe mode.
• Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer and copy the file you downloaded (bases.cav) to C:\Program files\Comodo\Comodo internet security\scanners
• Reboot back to normal mode.

Alternative installation:

• Type the following in “Start–>Run” and press the Enter key: %ProgramFiles%/Comodo/Comodo internet security/scanners
• Rename existing bases.cav to bases.old and copy downloaded bases.cav.
• You can overwrite it, but you don’t want a backup. Restart the system in normal mode.
