any.DO is a simple and intuitive extension designed for Google Chrome that can be used as a daily planner. It allows users to easily create and manage tasks, set reminders, and sync information across multiple devices.

Once installed, the app creates a small icon next to the address bar in the upper right corner of Chrome that displays the total number of tasks scheduled for the day.

As far as the interface is concerned, Any.DO adopts an elegant appearance and clean lines, making it look like a professional schedule planner suitable for business users. In fact, this add-on contains standard tools suitable for all user groups.

Tasks can be added to the list by indicating a description. They can be divided into user-defined and preset (personal, work) categories and displayed by category or date (today, tomorrow, upcoming, one day).

The extension integrates one-click actions to make selected tasks top priority. It allows users to leave themselves messages and set reminders to leave work at any time and on any day. After you mark a task as completed (strikethrough effect), you can delete it from the list.

As far as application settings are concerned, users can select a day to start the week with, disable the Gmail button and subsequent actions, and pop up a window for Any.DO to be able to minimize it to the taskbar and use it like any Windows program . Information can be synced between Android and iOS devices (free app).

The little add-on ran smoothly during our evaluation and did not cause Chrome to hang, crash, or pop up an error message. It doesn’t come bundled with complex features, but its simplicity is great for busy people who are always on the go and need an assistant more reliable than their memory.
