The inherent complexity experienced by those working with applications involving actuators or solenoids can present significant challenges, especially when dealing with complex setups. Being able to design and simulate configurations for such tasks can h ave a major impact, enabling one to learn and gather information about the behavior of magnetic fields involved in solenoid function and related aspects.

Designed with this approach in mind, DoSA-3D is a dedicated application that allows users to design and simulate the configuration of actuators and solenoids in a 3D environment. Like its counterpart app, DoSA-2Dit is also related to limited liability company (Finite Element Method) software.

Whether users find themselves working in a development environment, production environment, or other work, the application will allow them to define the characteristics of solenoid and actuator configurations. Support for a variety of components is provided, and the 3D visualizer allows previewing the configuration with multiple on-screen controls.

Three separate applications are connected in DoSA-3D, one for the actual working environment, GetDP for performing magnetic calculations and processing, Gmsh for preprocessing and postprocessing, and mesh structure for 3D visualization.
