SayMore is a tool for project management as it allows managing employee and project contributor pages, recording work sessions, adding project files and documents, and exporting recorded data in CSV format.

So SayMore is a free app to record everything you or your team can and could say and put it into a digital organizer. The idea behind this project is to provide access to functionality to save, organize, package and manage documents and information.
So whether you are a company, freelancer, student, project manager or professor, you can use SayMore’s extensive functionality. It’s used to record conversations, manage notes, list other people’s collaborative efforts, and work with data across multiple projects.
The great thing about SayMore is that the tool is built on a user-centric approach. That’s why this app feels intuitive even if you’re new to document or project management apps. This menu guides you to the next step and provides options for adding additional information and how-tos.
Since the tool offers multilingual options, it’s easier to get started with it. When creating a new project, you start with the project description and go to the Access Agreement page. There you will find preset formats and their detailed descriptions (eg TA – The Language Archive, ANLA – Alaska Native Language Archive, etc.).
All of these are organizational formats with different data access protocols and information structures. If you use SayMore for personal project or organization management, you can choose a “custom” access agreement.
The tool comes with a built-in recorder, user/employee section adding session info insertion, etc. You can record scheduled and cancelled events, ongoing or completed projects, and future goals.
Additionally, you can add files and documents that describe your business, create people or staff pages, account for project/meeting contributions, and export different information into CSV reports.
