The main window of the application is intuitive and user-friendly and is divided into seven tabs namely Maintenance, Design, Monitoring, Planning, Version Control, Run SQL and Make Comments.

By accessing the Maintenance tab, you can connect to a specific repository, manage all ODBC drivers, and start the execution agent.

First, you need to make sure you have all the correct ODBC drivers installed on your computer, otherwise you won’t be able to connect to the database. The ODBC Manager window lists all available drives and adds new drives as needed.

Afterwards, the Repository Maintenance section allows you to create new repositories, connect to the last used database, and backup all projects. If you want to copy and update objects between repositories, you can use the right wizard to guide you through all the necessary steps. After selecting the target database, you can easily drag and drop the objects you want to synchronize.

If you want to automate the execution of a SQL script, you can easily navigate to the “Run SQL” tab and create a new query (from simple to complex). The Execution Log section allows you to see if the script executed correctly.

Visual Importer Enterprise enables you to add, update, and delete records, receive and send emails with attachments, schedule execution packages, export all data from any database, and create or delete directories on an FTP server.

Finally, Visual Importer Enterprise is very convenient for users who need to perform workflow functions and automate complex business processes and daily tasks.
