Incorporating the Google Maps view into the application is very convenient as it enables the user to search and find the desired place/address easily. ZylGMaps is an application designed to provide software developers a way to integrate a Google Maps view into their applications, along with all the parameters needed for map navigation.

The application is deployed as a Delphi and C++ Builder component and includes a set of predefined sample files and a basic documentation to assist novice users. People will be able to start the utility by compiling, which can then be added to Delphi or C++ Builder’s libraries.

Once a component has been added to your preferred programming environment, it will appear as “Zyl Soft” in the Components panel. Since the drag-and-drop functionality is easy to handle, the functionality of the Object Inspector tool will be easy to adjust.

Users are advised to use this component with the “Stop Delphi exceptions” option disabled to avoid possible interruptions in all handled exceptions. The resulting map layout when the component is enabled in the desired application will contain all the functionality needed to navigate to your preferred location.

The Google Maps view will be accompanied by latitude and longitude input fields, on-screen navigation arrows, and buttons for switching between map, satellite, terrain and earth views.
