DropSync enables users to automatically sync and/or backup any of their folders between multiple Macs on the local network or on a network.

Additionally, the utility uses rsync, the rsyc UNIX backup/synchronization tool with incremental backup capabilities, to quickly back up from one site to another, even when synchronizing very large files.

DropSync also enables you to select and use multiple backup drives, from locally attached USB devices to remote web servers, making it easier and faster to perform offsite backups and synchronize data between remote devices.
