Easy billing is software that can help individuals create and manage a large number of sales documents, such as quotes, receipts, delivery notes, and purchase orders.

The interface consists of a simple window, a menu bar, a few shortcut buttons, and a navigation panel that lets you quickly navigate through all of the available options. It is accessible to all categories of users, even those who have little or no experience with computers.
Organize your customers, suppliers and financial documents
You can add an unlimited number of customers and suppliers, and create multiple categories for them, so you can manage everything more efficiently. Customer and supplier information can be entered, such as name, telephone and fax number, e-mail address, billing and delivery address.
Items can also be added and categorized, along with ID, description, unit, cost, and price, while documents (quote, proforma invoice, receipt, purchase order, delivery note, delivery, etc.) can be created using built-in forms.
Generate a diverse range of comprehensive reports
A variety of report types can be generated, such as monthly sales, payment by customer reports, monthly statement, total taxes payable, and monthly vendor statement.
All of the aforementioned items can be printed and exported as PDF, XLS or HTML, while sales documents and reports can also be previewed, password protected and emailed.
Create database backups and restore your data easily
Finally, you can change the document status (cancel, open, finish) and currency type, add stamps (approved, confidential, revised, urgent, etc.), access a password recovery option and use backup and restore capabilities.
