In order to be able to access the user interface, you first need to provide credentials for your Gmail account. Note that if you are trying to add a second account, you can connect to a single Gmail account in Mail for Gmail and the application will launch the appropriate page in your default web browser.

From the main window, you can interact with the Gmail web app, so managing your mail doesn’t create any complications.

What’s more, EasyMail is integrated with Notification Center, so you will be alerted when new messages arrive. Through Mail in Gmail Preferences, you can change the default audio alerts, and further adjustments can be made through System Preferences.

The icon can appear in both the Dock and the menu bar, so you can quickly launch the main window of the application, and the application can add an unread count mark to the Dock icon. You can also adjust the window’s opacity level to reduce distractions.

EasyMail also comes with a compact mode, which eliminates most web application elements and focuses on handling emails. Note that the app also provides hotkeys for navigating to different mailboxes and categories.
