If you’re looking for a way to share your schedule with people who don’t use Apple’s Calendar app, Export Calendar Pro Might be just what you need. The app scans your calendar and lets you export the data to CSV, Excel, or a tab-delimited text file.

Using Export Calendars Pro is very intuitive, as you can access most of its features through the application’s main window, which is divided into two tabs: Get Events and Export.

In the Get Events panel, you can specify the time period to process (today, current week, current month, current year, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, or custom) and the The calendars to include.

Export Calendars Pro will automatically detect all events and reminders and display them in list mode on the right side of the main window. For each entry, you will be able to view the start and end dates.

Export Calendars Pro allows you to choose if you want to include all day events, only attendee items, only outstanding reminders or updated reminders.

In the Export panel, you can specify the output file layout, sort order, and export file format (Excel workbook or CSV/tab delimited).

If you are creating a CSV or tab-delimited text file, you must specify the character, text encoding, and line endings that indicate individual fields. Additionally, you can choose to replace line breaks in fields with characters of your choice, or you can easily add column headers.
