GrandTotal comes with a simple and well-designed interface, from which you can quickly access the tools and functions you may need to complete the task.
As shown below, you can view an overview of recent activities in the main window of GrandTotal, check financials, access various bills of exchange, view a list of all sent payments, generate reports for a given time period or for any given customer, Create smart lists, etc.
Naturally, the “Customers” tab gives you easy access to the customer list and helps you find, manage, and track documents created for customers. With the help of the built-in search form, you can instantly find contacts and filter the resulting document list.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with Apple’s contacts app
GrandTotal also allows you to manually add new clients or retrieve new contacts from Apple’s “Contacts” app with a few mouse clicks.
You can generate invoices, estimates, projects and payments for each customer, and can plan with the help of the built-in calendar function.
By accessing the Catalog tab, you can easily view a list of all items, add or delete items, and provide a title, description, and price before including it in the item group.
At the same time, GrandTotal’s “Layout” tab provides you with the option to create a personalized layout for invoices and estimates.

As an added benefit, the GrandTotal app also comes with several templates, which you can download from within the app and customize as needed.
