This app is a useful tool for teenage drivers who have a learner’s permit and need to keep track of their driving record. It offers two modes of trip tracking: automatic tracking and manual registration.

In auto-tracking mode, the app automatically records trips in the background. When launched, the app presents all detected trips to the user, which can then be added to the trip history. It is important to note that the app does not track your current location while a ride is in progress, ensuring that the actual route is not recorded and saving your device’s battery. Driving time at night is automatically calculated based on the starting location.

It’s worth mentioning that there may be a slight delay in showing the last trip on the app after you’ve reached your destination. This intentional delay is in place to avoid false positives, such as stopping at a traffic light. To achieve the best results, it is recommended to enable auto-detection before starting a trip and to disable it only after the trip is registered, especially if you drive occasionally.

Alternatively, trips can be added manually by selecting endpoints on a map and entering start and end times. The app uses the starting location to calculate night driving. In addition, users have the option to include notes for each trip.

An important feature of this app is the support for multiple student drivers, so they can track their driving logs independently.

Privacy: All trip data is stored on the user’s device. If the app is deleted, this data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
