MacWise It is an easy-to-use Mac application with a minimal user interface that can simulate various terminals, such as Prism, TV925, VT100, VT220, Viewpoint, Wyse 50, Wyse 60 and Wyse 370.

Easily install terminal emulators that can use different protocols
To start using the MacWise application, you must first install the utility: just drag and drop the application icon to the top of the application folder. When it first starts, MacWise will also open the Telnet Quick Start document, which provides basic information on using the application.
Immediately, you must select the terminal you want to use through the Emulate main menu and establish a connection. MacWise supports multiple connection types: serial/modem, telnet, secure shell or Kermit. In addition, you can also log in to the Mac Unix Shell.
Connect to the host through a terminal emulator
To establish a connection with the host, you must provide the host TCP/IP address, terminal type, and available port number. Alternatively, you can enable detailed login, Unix raw mode, or tc shell mode.
If you enable the latter option, you can further personalize the connection: open the “Advanced Options” panel to see the list of supported parameters and the immediate results of activating them.
MacWise also provides support for using function keys, which can be used by pressing the keyboard or pressing the button at the bottom of the main window of the application. Please note that the function keys are programmable, so you can easily add special functions.
Multifunctional terminal emulator, supporting different protocols and connection modes
MacWise offers you the possibility to connect to the host and perform different operations through the terminal: you can send specific commands, transfer files, run scripts, etc. The application can handle up to 10 different sessions at the same time, so you can manage multiple hosts at the same time.
