It’s not uncommon to use multiple mail clients to manage email accounts from multiple providers. Having all of those applications or browser tabs open at the same time can get confusing, especially when they all have different user interfaces and features.

Mailbox Manager is a Mac app that allows you to check one or more mailboxes remotely and supports multiple providers in addition to iCloud. You will be able to access your inbox, view, reply or delete messages from a single user interface.

Once you’ve added one or more accounts, the app will retrieve your emails and allow you to manage them. It’s worth noting that you have to access each account individually, so you can’t view all the mail from multiple accounts in a single list.

The functionality is fairly simple, with just enough features to let you quickly sift through your email. You can preview new messages, reply, redirect or forward them, and check attachments.

Incoming messages can be marked as spam using the application’s built-in filters. You can add contacts to a whitelist and set rules for what to do when messages are marked as spam.
