Media Creation Tool is an official download and upgrade tool for Windows 10 from Microsoft.
Use the Media Creation Tool to download Windows 10 ISO image to PC or USB
Select the Download tool and select Run. You must be an administrator to run this tool.

If you accept the license terms on the license terms page, select Accept.
On What do you want to do? Select Upgrade this PC now, then select Next.
After downloading and installing, the tool will guide you through how to configure Windows 10 on your PC. All Windows 10 editions are available when you select Windows 10, except the Enterprise edition. For more information about the Enterprise Edition, visit the Volume Licensing Service Center.
If you do not have the license to install Windows 10 and have not yet upgraded to it, you can purchase a copy here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/get-windows-10.
If you have previously upgraded to Windows 10 on this PC and reinstalled it, you do not need to enter a product key. Your copy of
Windows 10 is automatically activated later using your digital license.
When Windows 10 is ready to install, you will see an overview of what you have selected and what will be retained through the upgrade. Select Change what you want to keep to specify whether you want to keep personal files and apps, or just keep personal files, or choose to keep nothing during the upgrade.
Save and close all open apps and files you are running, and select Install when done.
It may take some time to install Windows 10, and your PC will restart occasionally. Be careful not to turn off the PC.
