Use stylish apps that provide menu bar and notification center integration to track important past and future events, monitor time progress, and set useful timers

It’s easy to lose insight when you don’t know how long it has been for important things in your life, and when you are busy with work, dealing with epidemics or thinking about existence, it’s also easy to forget about upcoming events.

Although the name may imply something else, moment Not an application that can help you “live in the moment”. Quite the opposite. It aims to give you an understanding of the relationship between past and future moments and the present, and to ensure that you do not lose sight of the larger picture.

Track important events and time progress

Time can have many uses. For starters, it allows you to create a countdown timer to track how much time is left before important occasions, as well as a timer that starts counting from important events in the past.

Second, it can be used to track the current day, week, month, or year progress in percentage form. This feature helps manage your time, but you can’t really use it for scheduling.

Add the tracker to your menu bar and notification center

The application runs in the menu bar, you just need to click the icon to see a list of all timers that are currently active. If you want to always monitor one or more of them, you have other options.

When creating or editing timers or progress bars, you can add them to the menu bar or create notification center widgets. Items can be organized freely in the panel and menu bar, and you can click the menu bar icon to view more detailed information.

One small inconvenience I noticed is that when creating a new tracker or sorting them in the panel, the order of the menu bar icons is also reset. It’s a bit annoying if you have multiple items in your menu bar, but it’s certainly not a spoiler.

Very useful and fascinating application

Moment’s design is beautiful, but it’s not just the appearance. It is very helpful for tracking important events in your life, and may even help manage your time. Although it is not free, the price is not unreasonable anyway.
