Being able to manage your money effectively is essential if you wish to stay out of financial trouble. monthly cost is a Mac application designed to help you keep track of all your spending, set a realistic budget and gain visibility into your spending patterns.

Monthly Expenses supports multiple users, so you’ll be able to monitor your entire household’s financial activity and even office-related payments. Plus, the monthly fee allows you to use multiple accounts per user.

The application has a lightweight design and its main window is divided into three parts: the left panel displays the application’s tools in a list, the middle area displays the content of each entry, while the right tabs allow you to manage the visible tabs (username represents a label).

Even though you can resize the app’s main window, you can’t adjust the proportions of each section. This is very inconvenient because the Tags panel takes up a lot of space without showing useful information.

Also, the monthly fee interface cannot be personalized in any way. Due to the very large font used, some users may at least prefer minimal customization options.

However, finding the app is very easy: the “Daily Expenses” panel allows you to instantly add income or expense details to any defined user. The entry can hold information about the payment method, account used, expense/revenue category, and transfer amount.

Monthly Expenses automatically backs up your data locally every time you start the application, but you can also choose to perform backup manually, in addition, Monthly Expenses offers you the possibility to export your database as a CSV, TXT or PDF document.

All in all, Monthly Expenses enables you to monitor the income/spending balances of multiple users with different accounts: this way, you will be able to make informed decisions about your own or your family’s financial situation.
