Mouse gesture is a low-profile and very easy-to-use macOS application designed for speakers and users who need to showcase or demonstrate a variety of applications.

Mouseposé runs in your Mac’s status bar, from where you can access its menu, enable or disable it, increase or decrease the spotlight radius, and access its settings window. When enabled, it places a spotlight on the area near the mouse pointer, drawing the viewer’s attention to the desired area.

Users with larger screens can use Mouseposé to locate their cursor faster, while visually impaired users can find the mouse pointer more easily after enabling the app. In addition to drawing attention to the mouse pointer, Mouseposé also makes your audience aware of the actions you perform during your presentation.

With the help of this application, you can visualize mouse clicks through circles of various colors and sizes that appear every time you click the mouse button. You can use different colors for left and right mouse clicks and turn on sound effects that accompany clicks.

As mentioned earlier, you can enable or disable the Mouseposé effect, or utilize user-definable keyboard shortcuts to turn it on or off. The great thing about it is that you can use it to completely highlight the application window and fade it into the background.

As an added bonus, the app is able to display your keystrokes and let your audience see the keys you press in real time. The Settings window lets you define hotkeys, adjust circle radius and blur, opacity and color, animation duration, and more.

Mouseposé can be configured to enable keystroke visualization in conjunction with Mouseposé, or independently with hotkeys of your choice. It’s worth mentioning that audible feedback can only be enabled on mouse clicks.
