PhotoFiltre is a complete photo retouching program. It allows you to make simple or advanced adjustments to an image and apply a wide variety of filters to it. It is simple and intuitive to use, and has an easy learning curve. The toolbar, which gives you access to the standard filters with just a few clicks, gives PhotoFiltre a robust look.

Filters

The wide selection of filters allows beginners to familiarize themselves with the world of graphics. You can find standard adjustment functions (brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, gamma correction) and also artistic filters (watercolor, pastels, India ink, pointillism, puzzle effect). There are more than 100 filters to discover.

Vector selection

PhotoFiltre uses two types of vector selection. The first type uses automatic shapes (rectangle, ellipse, triangle, rhombus, rounded rectangle). The second type corresponds to lasso and polygon. They both allow a custom shape by drawing a shape by hand or using a series of lines. Each selection can be saved in a separate file, which can be used later.

Toolbar

The tool bar primarily consists of drawing tools, such as eyedropper, displacement marker, fill bucket, aerosol, brush, water drop (blur), clone stamp, spots (finger) and wand.

PhotoFiltre has some standard brushes (round and square in different sizes), but also some more varied shapes (oblique line, leaf, star, etc…).

PhotoMasque module

With PhotoMasque, you can create advanced contour and transparency effects on your photos using preset masks. These masks are grayscale images, where white is the transparency color, while opacity increases as the grayscale gets darker. Black means complete opacity. PhotoMasque comes with several basic masks to inspire you to create your own masks.

Automation module

This module allows you to apply basic functions/corrections (conversion, image size, framing) to a group of images.

What is new

• This new version (which succeeds the Studio X version) will be 64-bit only for now. It supports many new formats like HDR, RAW, WebP, Jpeg2000.
• PhotoFiltre 11 is shareware and is limited to a 30-day trial period. At the end of the 30-day trial period, if you want to continue using it, you must purchase a registration key. If, on the other hand, you no longer wish to continue using the program, you must remove it from your system immediately.
